This triennial competition is for violinists aged 17 years or younger on 31 December 2016

1st prize:
Guarneri replica violin, handcrafted by Konrad Kohlert, valued at $20,000 AUD.

2nd prize:
Voucher of $3000 to spend at Animato Strings.

3rd prize:
Voucher of $1000 to spend at Animato Strings.

The 1st winner will perform the Mozart Concerto in a public concert, accompanied by an orchestra consisting of all contestants* and additional string musicians under the baton of John Curro.
The performance will be on Sunday 6 November 2016, 2pm at the Old Museum Building, Brisbane, Australia
